Please review the following policies before booking your Quick Weave appointment: 1. Consultation Requirement:We recommend scheduling a consultation prior to your first Quick Weave service to ensure we understand your desired look and assess your hair condition for the best results. 2. Deposit and Booking:A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your service. Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received. 3. Late Arrival:Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited. 4. Cancellation Policy:Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within this window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 5. No-Show Policy:Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking future service 6. Hair Preparation:Please arrive with clean, detangled hair. Additional charges may apply for detangling or washing services if required. 7. Maintenance and Care:Quick Weaves are designed for temporary wear and should typically be removed within 4-6 weeks. Proper maintenance and follow-up care are crucial for protecting your natural hair. Our stylists are happy to provide aftercare recommendations during your appointment. 8. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds.
